Our 2nd day of Piano with Britta was followed by our first Clay Class at Davis. The kiddos were excited to go back to Britta's house. They love to see Shanti (Britta's dog) and are ever hoping to catch a glimpse of Britta's new kitty. They explored the backyard before beginning their lesson. They reviewed finding middle C with their thumbs and then worked up the piano C-D-E-F-G with their right hand and down C-B-A-G-F with their left.
Clay Class seemed to be great. It was the trio with Johan and an 11 year old girl (good luck to her!). They were making name tags when I left and had made some animals when I had returned. The instructor had a good sense of humor and related well to the kiddos.
